Bakes for Kindness: celebrating the end of chemo

My Story
It's been nine months since I finished chemotherapy and I REALLY hope I never have to do it again.
A cancer journey is incredibly difficult, not just physically but mentally. But the kindness of strangers really was something that brightened the darker days.
Little Lifts was a great example of that.
The chemotherapy and radiotherapy boxes are packed by volunteers who have been through breast cancer too. Receiving my box felt like receiving a little hug from someone who knew exactly how I was feeling, and it meant the world.
The charity is too far away from me to be able to volunteer as a box packer, so I am taking part in the Little Lifts Bakes for Kindness campaign to help pay for more boxes for people like me.
Please give a donation if you feel able.
