My Story

Join us for a very special event at Dynamic Fitness. This year we lost one of our very special clients, Becky Bowers, to cancer. At only 39 years old this is a devastating blow - Becky was such a beautiful person and always brought a smile every time she entered the Dynamic Studio.

Becky also loved her running and has taken part in so many races over the years, including all of our running events at Dynamic Fitness. Therefore this year we want to dedicate our bi-annual 5k race to Becky

You are invited to come and run or walk this relaxed event with us. It is a beautiful route and we are raising money for littlelifts -100% of the profits will go to their wonderful charity, which Becky supported
